Giovani was born in Ouro Fino in 1981, his father already had a coffee plantation with approximately 6 thousand trees, as soon as he could, Geovani started to help his father in the plantation. When he was 19 years old, Giovani got married and received 1 bushel of land as a gift from his father, where he moved to in 2000. In 2001 Giovani had his son Alexandre. In 2012, Giovani bought the São Benedito farm, where he had 3,000 coffee trees, gradually increasing his crop and today he takes care of approximately 20,000 coffee trees, of the Mundo Novo, Red Catuaí and Arara varieties.
