Coffee cultivation in the family began with Valdinei's father, who passed the land, knowledge and passion for coffee culture to Valdinei and his brothers. Valdinei always liked working with coffee, even though he went through some difficult situations such as frost, he never gave up and continued with this cultivation. Valdinei has always helped his father since he reached a suitable age, and started his own farm with 3.000 coffee trees. In 1999, Valdinei's son, Guilherme, was born. When Guilherme was 13 years old, his grandfather presented him with 1.000 coffee plants, so that he could work when he reached a suitable age, and also so that he would always remember his grandfather with great affection. Nowadays Valdinei and Guilherme have a farm with 3.500 coffee trees, and they have plans to increase it in 2024, planting 500 coffee trees of the Arara variety.
