Henrique was born in 1999 in the city of Ouro Fino (MG), his grandfather was already a coffee producer and already owned a farm in the rural area of the city. In 2000, when Henrique turned 1 year old, his father, Edson, decided to move to the farm to help his father-in-law with the coffee plantation, taking Henrique along. So from the first year of his life, Henrique started living in the place where he currently lives. Little by little, Edson and Henrique's grandfather increased the farming and its cultivated area. Upon finishing his studies, Henrique began to learn and help his father and grandfather with the coffee cultivation. Today they have an area of approximately 2,7 hectares of coffee and have a crop of approximately 6 thousand coffee trees, which are currently under the care of Henrique and his father.
